The restaurant at the Bull at Burford is a gourmet delight. According to the seasons, specialities range from asparagus medley (five different ways of serving asparagus) or a bouillabaise to a trio of local Kelmscott pork or simply a locally reared sirloin steak. Of the desserts the 'caramel experience' is already a favourite - five caramel sweets including a hot souffle often on the menu.
Our Head Chef, Piotr Juszkiewicz, started his training at the well known White Hart at Fyfield and has gained experience over the years at various 2 AA rosette restaurants before coming to Burford where he brings his own interpretation of his experience and personal dishes.
Since opening in June 2010, we have been given 2 AA rosettes for Culinary Excellence and a special AA Breakfast Award. We invite you to come and find out for yourselves!
